This song is a put down of the religious and political leaders down through history that have misled their followers by invoking religion or nationalism for the purpose of personal gain...often power, money, etc.

The title is meant to use the analogy to imply that these leaders are as immature and as disengenious as kids on a school playground arguing over whose dad is best.
